Being transfered between the worlds of dead and also living can have different results on different persons. Mavis ended up with no magic powers at all! That's right - she cant even develop any kind of garments so she has to hide behind the trees till she will figure out what to do. As for Lucy then she has similar problems yet somehow it doesn't bother her much - she does need no garments to fuck new close friend anyways!
